 When does the delivery take place?
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.30pm destination time will be sent on the same day.
All orders placed on Saturday before 10.30pm destination time will be sent on the same day
Note: Orders with destination Australia and New Zealand must be placed 48 hours in advance. Orders with destination Japan and Philipines must be placed 36 hours in advance.
All other orders will be sent at the time and date requested.

 Can I send flowers to every point on the globe?
Yes you can!  We currently cover more than 9600 cities across the globe.

 Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept payment by credit card.

 Is it safe to use a credit card on your web-site?
This web-site is protected by the best security standards online - Firewall and Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
After we charge your card we erase it from our data base.

 Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. If for any reason we are not able to process your credit card payment, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 Can an order be placed for a future date?
Sure.  A future delivery date should be specified in the correct field on the order form. Unless otherwise specified, the order will be sent on the same day.

 Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled via your online account. In order to ensure cancellation and a refund you must provide a minimum of 36 hours notice. 

 Can I send flowers on Sundays?
As most flower shops are closed on Sundays, your order will be delivered on Monday.

 What information do you need to know for an international delivery?
The following details are needed:
1. Precise address (including apartment number, if relevant).
2. Post code is always good to have.
3. Phone number at the recipient address and his mobile if you have it.
4. Content of complementary greeting card

To process your order on time and without any delay, please make sure you follow these steps with respect to the recipient's address:

•  For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate the recipients name, ward and room number whenever possible.
• For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).

 Can I send flowers that don't appear in your catalogue?
Yes, in most cases you can.  For personally customized orders please contact us.  We will do everything we can to satisfy your request. You can also choose the closest bouquet from our catalogue and add in the remark field the changes you would like to make and the additional budget.

 How much do local and international deliveries cost?
The delivery cost is included in your purchase price.

 How do I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an automated email when we receive your order in our system.

 How can I check on the status of my order?
We will send you 2 more emails apart from the first one. You will receive an email when the local florist receives and confirms your order and a third one when the delivery is made. You can also learn about the status of your order by clicking on the link below and logging into your account.

 How do I know my order was delivered successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been delivered. You can also check on the status of your order in your account. Click on the link below.

 What happens if the recipient customer is not at the delivery address?
If possible we will leave the flowers with a neighbour and put a note on the recipients door. Otherwise we will take the flowers back to the shop and leave a note on the recipients door.

 Is it possible to specify a delivery time?
You will be able to choose between before 13:00 or after 13:00 delivery time. However, place your request in the special request section of the order form.

 What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
In the first order you placed with FloraQueen you will have received an email with your password. If you have lost this email please click here

 How can I modify my order?

 Will the flowers delivered be the same as the photo seen online?
In most case yes, though in some countries special flower are not available.
We will do our best to mach the purchased bouquet and flowers.

 Which flowers include a vase?
If at the description text of a bouquet it’s not stated that the flowers include a vase then you have to choose from the additional items in the buying process to add a vase.

 What’s the difference between a basic, large and exclusive bouquet?
The bouquets you see on our website are the large size, if you would like something smaller or lager then please change your option.Choosing a larger bouquet gives our florists the option to be more generous when they are making the bouquet and the results are accordantly.
