Product was perfect. But correspondence by email was not very clear and slow had a few issues on changing dates but in the end it was delivered on time and date.

Absolute perfect experience! The flowers were beautiful and they delivered everything very efficiently and in a timely manner. The delivery person was excellent and I’m very content with my order.

The assigned florist did a lovely job in arranging the bouquet to their best abilities to match what was ordered at FloraQueen- even though some of the main flowers were unavailable - the pink magenta Anastasia & other flower. Overall, the visual aesthetic the bouquet made a delightful impression. Delivery was punctual on the delivery date, as order was placed 2 and half days in advance.

Deducted 1 star for giving the wrong address to The Rose Shop in Malta. Hence driver had problem locating my Daughter. Finally flowers were received and beautiful. Chocolates and card too. Beautiful Roses. Gracias.

Attention aux offres promotionnelles pas toujours à la hauteur du produit affiché. Rapport : Qualité/Prix en baisse . Cependant, l'offre est globalement satisfaisante .

Livraison trop rapide. J avais demandé une livraison pour le 14 février date de la saint valentin et les fleurs et cadeaux ont été livrés le 13 février ... trop rapide .. c est mieux d être en avance que en retard mais sinon tout est nickel
