And Flora Queen only responds to positive experiences on the review site trustpilot But as a customer you have nowhere to go with a problem or complaint . For unreliability = 5 stars!!!

Product was perfect. But correspondence by email was not very clear and slow had a few issues on changing dates but in the end it was delivered on time and date.

Absolute perfect experience! The flowers were beautiful and they delivered everything very efficiently and in a timely manner. The delivery person was excellent and I’m very content with my order.

The assigned florist did a lovely job in arranging the bouquet to their best abilities to match what was ordered at FloraQueen- even though some of the main flowers were unavailable - the pink magenta Anastasia & other flower. Overall, the visual aesthetic the bouquet made a delightful impression. Delivery was punctual on the delivery date, as order was placed 2 and half days in advance.
